Microsoft has started testing a big update for Windows 10 from yesterday. The company released the update to testers through Windows 10 build 17063. It is coming to Fast Ring users right now and includes the Timeline feature expected in Windows 10 soon. Users will also get the window tabs feature that was revealed by Microsoft last month.
If you have the latest build, you can get to Timeline from the Task View area on Windows 10. This provides a list of all your recent activities and looks very similar to Chrome’s recent tabs feature. Further, Microsoft is integrating Cortana here, which will prompt users to resume these activities from where they left off. The Cortana integration also allows some interoperability between Windows devices and Android and iOS smartphones.

The Sets feature is also being tested, which adds labeled windows. Microsoft may call this something else by the time the update ships and Sets is not available to all Windows Insiders yet. Timeline was originally supposed to be a part of Microsoft’s Fall Creator’s update, but the company has pushed it back since then.
