“Music is such an incredible global connector, and with Amazon Music Unlimited we’ve been able to give listeners access to an extensive catalog with the added experience of using their own voice to hear music in so many ways with Alexa. Today’s announcement signifies an important moment for Amazon Music Unlimited and our international customers as we continue to offer more music fans all over the world a completely new way to hear expertly-curated playlists and songs from their favorite artists,” stated Steve Boom, VP of Amazon Music.

So, users in these countries will now be able to buy the three Echo speakers, including the Echo Plus, Echo Dot and the Echo itself. It’s unclear whether Amazon plans to start selling the other Echo-branded smart devices in the countries as well. The company started selling the Echo speakers in Canada and India recently, but hasn’t announced any other Echo device just yet.

However, the company did localise the speakers for India, so it’s likely that the new countries will also get the same.
