An anti-diversity manifesto written by a Google employee is going viral on the Internet, after gaining momentum on Google+ first. The manifesto is titled “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber” and calls for the company to promote “ideological diversity” instead of its current diversity initiatives, says a report by Motherboard. It’s a ten page document that was first shared over Google’s internal emails.

The manifesto says that politically conservative employees are discriminated against at Google, calling for the company to move towards ideological equality.

Motherboard says it has spoken to various employees at Google who read the manifesto. In it, the employee says that the gender gaps at Google are because of biological differences between women and men. The author also says that the company should stop offering programs for the under-represented groups.

In addition, the manifesto says that politically conservative employees are discriminated against at Google, calling for the company to move towards ideological equality. Google hasn’t made a comment on the matter just yet, but reports say that a big number of employees within the company have raised their voices against the document. The management is apparently aware of the manifesto as well, but whether Google will be taking action against the employee in question remains to be seen.
