Marvel fans have a treat coming their way. The company is moving up the worldwide release date for Avengers: Infinity War, to April 27th. The announcement was made via Twitter in a pretty innovative manner. Marvel tweeted a teaser for the film, to which Robert Downey Jr. replied asking for a pre-release show. That started a conversation, that ended with Marvel moving up the release date for the show.
The movie was earlier supposed to be released on May 4th, meaning it’s not really a huge push in the date. Yet, Infinity War has been hyped ever since the first Avengers movie came out, so it will still make fans happy. Also, Marvel is probably looking to cash in on the success of the recently released Black Panther movie as well.
It also means you will have a superhero fuelled middle of the year. Deadpool 2, from Fox, is scheduled for launch on May 18th, followed by Disney’s Star Wars movie on Han Solo (it’s called Solo: A Star Wars Story) next week.
